How do I know if WDB is the right agency for us?
When you book a consultation with us we’ll prepare for the meeting by doing our home work. We’ll research your business, your market, and your competitors prior and come to your consult so that we can really dig in during our conversation. At the end of that consultation we’ll both have a pretty good idea of whether or not we’re the right agency for you.
What CMS platforms you use?
Our engineering team is specializing in open source platforms such as Drupal, Word Press and Django Python.
Will I have to sign a long-term support or hosting contract?
We’re selective about the clients we partner with, making sure that it’s a great fit for both parties before signing on the dotted line. As a result, the clients we bring into the WDB family usually stick with us for a long time. But they do that by choice, not because they are bound by long-term contracts. Our contracts are, and have always been, month-to-month.
Who owns the assets your creative team develops for us?
Our creative team is our secret weapon. And when you hire us they become your weapon too. While you can’t take the team with you if you go, you can take everything they create for you. The landing pages, ads, videos…they’re all yours.
What is your discovery process like?
All UI/UX engagements start with a kick-off meeting over the phone or in person. During this meeting, we’ll learn more about your organization, its stakeholders, and its goals.
